Index 19: Indigo Dance

Index 19 is pleased to host the launch of Indigo Dance Magazine. To let Indigo speak for themselves, ‘With an open source and “peer to peer” structure, Indigo Dance entered the world, as a hawk that seeks for new practices, concepts, methods and formats in a sharing, supporting and analytical manner…Guns for dances is the slogan for our desire to build concepts strong as steel. By exploring new relations between practice and language in direct response to our time we aim to get a glimpse of the future.’

Index 19 is a weekly events series in Index’ front space. Presenting single works, films, readings and discursive events, the aim is to create a space for dialogue with our surrounding community and visitors. Index 19 is a flexible program initiative, with one night or returning events by international artists and Stockholm-based initiatives.
