Screens Series: Nina Sarnelle at the New Museum, New York
Three long-form video works by Nina Sarnelle are on currently installed and on view at the New Museum in New York, as part of their Screens Series, a platform for the presentation of new video works by emerging contemporary artists. Sarnelle’s video essay Big Opening Event (2019), – which was presented at Index in the exhibition Tracking Distribution – is on view alongside two other works, Sound for the Long Hole (2018), Nike X and my Dead Hand (2018-2019).
“Screens Series: Nina Sarnelle” is curated by Jeanette Bisschops, Curatorial Fellow. curated by Jeanette Bisschops. The show is open for in-person visits until April 18.
