Lecture Performance by Per Hüttner
12 December 2021, 16:00–18:00
Expanding upon Pauline Curnier Jardin’s interest in saints, artist Per Hüttner invites audiences to explore the sacred and profane through multiple layers of sound, film and holy objects.
The atmosphere of Huttner’s performance will pulsate with music he creates from an electroencephalogram (EEG) and his reflections on the films Medea (1969) by Pier Paolo Pasolini and Stalker (1979) directed by Andrei Tarkovsky, will provide the foundation for discussion. The lecture performance will conclude with a conversation between Pauline Curnier Jardin and Per Hüttner.
Film still from Medea (1969) by Pier Paolo Pasolini.
