Welcome to a limited-edition cassette tape release! Noting the centennial of Lithuanian poet and filmmaker Jonas Mekas, Index and Ord&Bild hosted a 3-part screening series. Using Walden as a point of departure, the series spotlighted Mekas’ important role as enabler, organizer, connector of people, and devout advocate for art. These conversations will now be released in a limited-edition cassette recording in conjunction with the ongoing exhibition CALL IT MUSEUM.

Tape 1. Real-time history writing and the dissemination of queer art: Isabella Tjäder, Anna Linder, Augustas Čičelis, Johan Sundell, Laima Kreivytė

Tape 2. Critique, contemplation and editorial outlooks: Isabella Tjäder, Agnė Jokšė, Anastasia Sosunova, Andria Nyberg Forshage, Eglė Budvytytė.
