During 2021, Index team starts a dialogue with Grilo through his practice, with no preconceived or required outcome. Grilo’s work involves the use of a wide variety of media, from animation to sculpture. Often heterogeneous, his pieces stem from an interest in exploring subjectivity as a commonplace, confronting individual experience with the pressure exerted by technology.
