Review: Vaginal Davis, Birgitta Rubin in Dagens Nyheter

Birgitta Rubin has written about Vaginal Davis’s work as presented at Index, Accelerator, Nationalmuseum and Moderna museet.

Describing her visit to Index, Rubin says the following:

‘Here you can follow her writings from her teens to experimental “zines” from the 80s and 90s, and later so-called friction. It is also possible to browse her blog with unfiltered notes and a high content of gossip. In the generous spirit of Vaginal Davis, the audience can make copies any of the printed matter, flip through books and swap the pictures on the overhead projector.’
