Alexei Borisov and Katya Rekk started to work together a few years ago in Moscow with electronic music and free improvisation. Alexei Borisov is a veteran of Russian experimental music scene, Katya Rekk represents new generation of local experimentalists. Together they are performing in Russia and abroad, taking part in different projects, collaborations, special events and international festivals. Both musicians use many different electronic devises and sound objects, produced by international companies, as well as by Russian DIY engineers, such as Vtol (Dmitry Morozov), Papa Srapa (Eduard Srapionov) and Anastasiya Alyokhina. During the first Scandinavian tour Borisov and Rekk will present their debut CD “24-23” (BR01, 2017).
