Index is now open with the exhibition Editorial Thinking. Presenting artist works and publications edited with artistic intuition by Rosa Barba, OEI, Pontus Pettersson, Alex Reynolds, The Book Lovers, Praun & Guermouche, Editorial Thinking proposes a way of thinking about artistic processes with an editorial lens.
Current opening hours are Thu / Fri 12:00-18:00 and Sat / Sun 12:00-16:00. Index prioritizes the safety of everybody in our space with increased cleaning routines in place. Visitor numbers are always closely monitored and limited as necessary to ensure safe distance.

Together with Anne Klontz, Index hosts the three-part workshop Editorial Board which departs from the idea that a book can be a site for an exhibition.
During three sessions, we will explore the possibilities for activating the artworks, performances, subjectivities, emotions and physicality one experiences within the space of visiting an exhibition through pens or keyboards, facts or fiction, synonyms or antonyms, and infinite narratives. Work with writing and development of content will be emphasized in each session.
The workshop is limited to 8 participants and will take place at Index on March 12, 19 and 26, 16:00–18:00. Interested participants can sign up via RSVP@indexfoundation.se
Editorial Board is co-organized together with the Index Team and curator/editor Anne Klontz.

On March 25, Index hosts the release of Delta – an ocean call, a publication on water published and co-edited by Pontus Pettersson and Izabella Borzecka/PAM. For the launch at Index, selected parts of the content will be activated and set into motion by invited artists.
Delta – an ocean call is a special edition issue of Delta zine, drawing on the concept of water presenting various outcomes of watery artistic practices.
Collaborators include: Bronwyn Bailey-Charteris, Paul Maheke, Axel Andersson, Sindri Runudde, Vibeke Hermanrud, Elly Vadseth, Daniela Bershan, Sabrina Seifried, D.N.A. (Dina El Kaisy Friemuth, Neda Sanai and Anita Beikpour), Every Ocean Hughes, Adham Hafez, Pontus Pettersson and Alice MacKenzie.

OEI invite special guests for a weekend of talks, presentations and mini-lectures during the second last weekend of the exhibition Editorial Thinking. Each day will comprise afternoon two sessions and will be live streamed. The talks take in conversations around editing and publishing as artistic and literary practices, as well as focusing on new and latest publications by OEI. Guests include Alice Centamore and Pierre Paulin, Michalis Pichler, Nils Olsson, Sezgin Boynik, Lytle Shaw, Axel Andersson.
